How it works
Step 01
Where you are now
A working session on the idea, the numbers behind it, and what has to be true for it to work as a business rather than a job.
Step 02
Structure and filings
We choose the entity deliberately, then file the certificate of formation and the paperwork that follows it — the right way, once.
Step 03
Systems and numbers
Banking, bookkeeping, invoicing, and a monthly close you can actually keep, so your numbers mean something by month three.
Step 04
Review and adjust
Quarterly reviews on pricing, cash, and compliance, plus a plan for the next step: a hire, a location, or a second entity.
Questions owners ask
- Do you file the formation paperwork?
- Yes — business registration is one of our core service lines. Coaching decides what to form; our registration team files it.
- Do you help with nonprofit formation?
- We work through Texas nonprofit formation: certificate of formation, bylaws, board structure, and conflict-of-interest policy. Federal exemption applications are handled by a specialist, and we will point you to the right one.
- Can you help with a business plan?
- We build a one-page plan with the financials a lender actually reads — projections, cash-flow assumptions, and the numbers behind your pricing.
- I already have an LLC. Is this still for me?
- Often especially so. A lot of coaching starts as a clean-up: an operating agreement nobody signed, books that never closed, or a structure that no longer fits the business it is supposed to serve.
